School Cleaning Job Role – SK6 Stockport Area

SMC Premier are looking to recruit cleaners for primary a school in the SK6 area of Stockport.

An Enhanced DBS within 3 years is required for this role

• SK6 area of Stockport
• Mon to Fri 2.5 hours per day 15.30 to 17.30 – 12.5 hours per week – 42 weeks of the year
• £8.72 per hour

Your duties will include hoovering, mopping, wiping down, cleaning toilet areas and any other cleaning duties required. You must be reliable, hard working and able to work as a team or by yourself.

Taking ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others, observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times.

You must have good communication skills and respond courteously to customer and management requests.

You must possess excellent organisational skills and deliver exception Customer Service at all times.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment therefore successful candidates will have to apply for a full, valid DBS certificate if they don’t already have one.

Experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given.
