Premier People Award
SMC Premier values its employees and has set up the Premier People Award scheme. This award recognises all staff who go above and beyond in their roles as SMC Premier employees. As part of the Premier People Award scheme each team member receives a Gift Card to the value of £25.00. They also recieve a Certificate and photographs showcasing their Premier People Award. SMC Premier has been identified as the leading provider of services to the Cosmetic Surgery Sector.

Congratulations to Gifty Adjei Poku who was awarded the Premier People Award for all her hard work and valued contribution. Gifty maintains the high standard of cleaning at the prestigious Transform Hospital in Wythenshawe. Gifty’s value to not just SMC Premier, but also all the Transform clinical staff at the Hospital. This was shown when she was presented with SMC Premiers coveted #PremierPeople award at the hospital’s MacMillan Coffee Morning. This was awarded in front of all staff and customers in recognition of her oustanding services to all parties.
Pictured here receiving her Premier People Award is Gifty as well as SMC Premier Cleaning General Manager, Transform Hospital’s Clinical Manager and the nursing staff who all could not praise her contribution enough in maintaining the first class clinical standards.
Gifty is a leading member of not just the SMC Premier team but also as part of the Transform Team and this Premier People Award was through a collaboration of both parties to ensure that her hard work, enthusiasm and above all commitment is rewarded.
The Premier People Award coincided with the hospital’s Macmillan Coffee morning. As you can see from the pictures attached, all staff members had provided a plethora of choice of Cakes to ensure the morning was well supported by all staff and visitors.
