We hold a certain amount of data as a contract with You including Your name, address, national insurance number, bank details, date of birth, next of kin, identification (passport, driving licence, other, including for use for evidence of right to work in UK), phone number, and any supplementary data that we are legally obliged to process, e.g. (attachment of earnings.)
We may process this information to provide payroll, time and attendance monitoring, travel and subsistence, staff training and issuing of work safety permits. We may process Your personal data with third parties for these purposes.
Under the terms and conditions of Our commercial services obligations We process Your CV and any other documents which are relevant to Your employment – this may include details processed through occupational health questionnaires, risk assessments and incident records.

We process all data in the UK but where We need to disclose data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA) We will take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy of Your data. In order to protect Our legal position, We will retain Your data for a minimum of 6 years. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of Your data. Under GDPR legislation, You can ask Us for a copy of the data We hold, have it corrected, sent to a third party or deleted (subject to Our need to hold data for legal reasons).
