We were appointed by a leading national principal contractor to provide the full supply and install of the Mechanical and Electrical systems for 4 new operating theatres, scrub areas, 7 recovery rooms and a new consultation department. This included:-
- Fire Alarm system
- Building Management System
- Medical Gases Delivery system
- Access Control & Security (CCTV & Intruder)
- Electrical Distribution (240V, 415V and control)
- Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Energy Efficient Lighting
- Uninterrupted & Isolated Power Supplies (UPS/ IPS)
- Cat 6a - Data Communications
The programme was 26 weeks and the overall Build Project Cost was c£15m.
Due to our innovative, cost effective and quality driven approach we aligned ourselves very quickly with our client who adopts modern methods of construction to deliver fast-track healthcare projects throughout the UK.
